Bhuvan Bam becomes first Indian YouTuber to hit 10 million subscribers

Bhuvan Bam, popularly known for his YouTube channel ‘BB Ki Vines’, has become the first Indian YouTuber to reach 10 million subscribers with over 1.2 billion views.

His content revolves around several different but relatable middle-class characters. Claiming that he always wanted to become a singer, and got into vines by chance, Bam released his four songs on YouTube, receiving up to 10 million views. He is all set to launch another single in the upcoming month.

Bam will also produce and debut in his first ever short film ‘Plus Minus’ that also stars actress Divya Dutta. Produced by Guneet Monga of ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’, ‘Masaan’ and ‘The Lunchbox’ fame, the movie will explore various dimensions of human relationships through the narrative of two individuals. The movie is expected to release on September 14 on ‘BB Ki Vines’.
