New Delhi: Cetaphil Baby has partnered with MomJunction to launch Parenting ki Nayi Parampara, highlighting how modern Indian families share childcare responsibilities while retaining their individual approaches.
The initiative shows mothers and fathers actively participating in feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines, each contributing their own style, one parent may excel at creative play, the other at structured activities or gentle bath routines.
To support this evolution, Cetaphil Baby is developing a digital platform providing resources for modern parents. The platform will feature real-life stories from families practising shared parenting, expert insights on collaborative caregiving, community discussions celebrating diverse experiences, and practical tools to support inclusive approaches to child-rearing.
The collaboration with MomJunction, which is transitioning to ParentJunction as part of this initiative, signals an acknowledgment of evolving parental roles beyond traditional divisions.
"Parenting ki Nayi Parampara celebrates parents who share duties while bringing their own special touch to every moment," said Viju Nair, Business Unit Director, Galderma India.
"We've witnessed fathers confidently handling skincare routines, mothers embracing new bonding approaches, and couples creating unique family rhythms. This isn't about changing traditions, it's about evolving them."
"The metamorphosis from MomJunction to ParentJunction represents far more than nomenclatural evolution, it embodies our recognition of a cultural recalibration which is unfolding," said Natasha Garyali, Vice President, MomJunction.
"We are witnessing a paradigm shift where parental investment is transcending traditional boundaries and gendered expectations."
The platform is expected to expand over time with new content reflecting the diversity of parenting practices across India.
