New Delhi: Bengaluru-based debt collections platform DPDzero has released a short film outlining its approach to loan recovery, which combines artificial intelligence tools with human interaction across multiple channels.
The company said the film presents its collections framework under the message, “Paisa Aapka, Bharosa Humara, Every loan collected, every borrower respected.” It depicts how digital systems, telecalling teams and field staff operate together during the recovery cycle.
According to the company, its process incorporates Voice AI technology, digital reminders, telecalling and on-ground visits. The narrative of the film follows a borrower journey and illustrates how automated prompts and human engagement are used at different stages of repayment.
“We built DPDzero to transform an overlooked part of the credit value chain - collections - into something that keeps in mind the borrowers’ needs as well,” said Ananth Shroff, Founder & CEO of DPDzero.
“This film isn’t just a campaign, it’s a statement of purpose. At DPDzero, we believe that every loan repaid should be a moment of understanding, not distress. By combining AI’s precision with empathetic human engagement across touchpoints in the lifecycle of a borrower's journey, we ensure that while lenders get what they are owed, and borrowers walk away feeling respected, understood and supported.”
The company stated that its proprietary Voice AI system is used to deliver personalised outreach, while trained calling agents, referred to internally as advisors, manage more sensitive discussions. Field agents complete the process at later stages, engaging directly with borrowers where required.
DPDzero said the model is designed to maintain communication with borrowers while enabling lenders to recover overdue payments through structured engagement. The short film will be distributed across digital platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram.
