DSP Mutual Fund and Bandstand Collective release branded short film ‘Salute’
New short film ‘Salute’ highlights the role of mutual fund distributors, as DSP Mutual Fund and Bandstand Collective continue their human-centred storytelling approach
New Delhi: DSP Mutual Fund and Bandstand Collective have released a new branded short film titled “Salute”, continuing their creative partnership focused on humanising finance through storytelling.
The film, developed by Bandstand Collective’s in-house agency, Tune, draws attention to the role of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and their often-overlooked contributions to long-term financial planning.
Salute highlights the work of MFDs professionals who often operate quietly behind the scenes, supporting clients in achieving financial security. It seeks to bring visibility to those who assist families in navigating the complexities of financial planning without public recognition.

With 'Salute', we wanted to re-shine a light on the impact they have on people who trust them, especially in the crazy world of D-I-Y where only success stories surface & get shared.

The collaboration between DSP and Bandstand Collective has previously led to campaigns such as “Dancing Uncle is Back,” “The Neighbour We Didn’t Know We Needed,” and “Stranger on the Bench.” These projects have been known for replacing the traditionally data-heavy approach to financial communication with narratives grounded in emotion, trust, and everyday experiences.
