New Delhi: Mother’s Recipe has rolled out a digital-first recipe video series focused on Korean-inspired cooking adapted for everyday Indian kitchens.

The series features recipes designed to be quick to follow and easy to prepare, using commonly available ingredients and kitchen set-ups. It reflects growing interest among home cooks in experimenting with global flavours while keeping preparation practical and time-efficient.

The campaign draws on the idea of “MOM-FU: Maa ka pyaar in a Korean avatar” and includes five recipes, Korean Spicy Paneer, Korean Spicy Noodles, Korean Bibimbap, Korean Fried Rice and Korean Veg Dakgalbi. The dishes use a combination of Mother’s Recipe Chinese Sauces, including soya bean sauce, garlic chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, desi Szechwan sauce, green chilli sauce and chilli vinegar.

Korean Spicy Paneer is prepared using soya bean sauce, garlic chilli sauce and red chilli sauce, while Korean Spicy Noodles use desi Szechwan sauce, green chilli sauce, soya bean sauce and chilli vinegar. Korean Bibimbap uses chilli vinegar and soya bean sauce, with Korean Fried Rice and Korean Veg Dakgalbi also relying on the same range of sauces. Each recipe is presented through step-by-step videos designed for first-time cooks as well as those familiar with Korean-style food.

Commenting on the series, Sanjana Desai, Executive Director, Mother’s Recipe, said, “Home cooking has always been about care. What is changing is the kind of flavours people want to bring into their kitchens. We are seeing more consumers, especially young adults, explore global cuisines at home and Korean food is a great example of that. This series is our way of making those recipes feel simpler to try. With our Chinese Sauces, we can bring the flavour together quickly, without taking away from the joy of cooking.”

The videos will be distributed across digital platforms through short-form formats and social media-led storytelling. Supporting material will include recipe videos and product visuals for use across food, lifestyle and culture-focused digital publications.
