New Delhi: CreatorTag has launched SwiftReply, an in-built DM automation tool aimed at helping Instagram creators, influencers, and brand pages convert comments and replies into revenue through trigger-based direct messages.

The company said SwiftReply automates customised, trigger-based DMs on Instagram, reducing the need for creators to manually respond to each follower.

It is positioned for accounts that handle high comment and DM volumes, including creators across beauty, fashion, wellness, coaching, technology and food, as well as community managers building structured engagement funnels.

CreatorTag said the tool is designed to ensure timely, relevant responses to audience interactions, and guide users towards actions such as sign-ups, purchases, downloads or affiliate clicks.

SwiftReply’s feature set includes automated welcome and promotional messages, targeted link delivery, converting public comments into private DMs, sending multiple links in a single message, sharing files via DMs, and instant replies to Instagram story responses. An analytics dashboard tracks DMs sent, top-performing posts, link clicks and click-through rates, the company said.

CreatorTag has priced SwiftReply at Rs 299 per month, calling it “globally competitive” and lower than comparable automation tools. It also claimed a 50–70% increase in conversions during affiliate and collaboration campaigns when SwiftReply is used, positioning it as a solution to the operational load faced by scaled creators.

“The launch of SwiftReply is deeply personal for me,” said Prince Khanna, who leads the SwiftReply technology. He said the tool was built to help creators manage large volumes of comments and messages, and to let them focus on creating while the platform handles “the operational load behind the scenes”.

CreatorTag, launched in 2019, is a mobile-first creator platform that focuses on monetisation and audience engagement.
