YouTube Shorts to introduce 5 new creative tools

Mumbai: YouTube Shorts has launched new creative tools to keep up with the content creation landscape. As a segment to keep the audience engaged with short and crisp videos, Shorts has announced 5 new tools. 

YouTube’s official blog has posted the descriptive list of the 5 tools recently.

1. The new and improved video editor: A top request from Shorts creators. This enables you to make precise adjustments and edits to the timing of each clip with zooming and snapping, rearrange or delete clips to create a rough cut, add music or timed text, and preview your Short to help you better tell the story you want to tell. These are the first of more improvements planned to streamline in-app editing for Shorts.

2. Edits synced to the beat: You can pick a song, and this tool will automatically align your clips with the music's rhythm, omitting the need for manual syncing. 

3. Templates: You can now pull photos from your gallery and use them in templates. When you use a Shorts template, the original creator will also automatically be attributed. Going forward, you’ll be seeing effects in templates too.

4. Image Stickers: New features to help you express your unique style! The tool will be active soon, enabling you to share personal inspiration with ease by putting image stickers into your Shorts, straight from your gallery.

5. AI Stickers: Create AI stickers with a simple text prompt by describing the sticker you envision, and the tool will generate it for you, giving you a customised sticker.
