2018 Content Marketing Awards winners announced

There were a total of 18 winners across 20 categories from over 100 entries received for the inaugural edition of the awards. Bangalore-based Brave New World Communications ruled with five medals, including Content Marketing Agency of the Year award

The winners of the South Asia Edition of the 2018 Content Marketing Awards were announced on Friday, February 16, 2018, at the CMS Asia Summit at The Leela, Gurgaon.

Bangalore-based Brave New World Communications ruled the awards with five medals,including the Content Marketing Agency of the Year award. Royal Stag Barrel Select won ‘Content Marketing Program of the Year’ and ‘Content Marketing Brand of the Year’ for Large Short Films.

There were a total of 18 winners across 20 categories from over 100 entries received for the inaugural edition of the awards. While each category had one winner, there were no winners in the ‘Best Use of Branded Content - TV’ and ‘Best Use of Data Generated Content’ categories.

  6. Best Use of Branded Content – Print – Mindshare Fulcrum for Magnum, ‘Unleash Your Wild Side’
  7. Best Use of Branded Content – TV – No Winner
  8. Best Use of Branded Content – Digital – ITC Engage for Pocketful-O-Stories
  9. Best Use of Video Content – Dainik Bhaskar Corp for ‘Swatantra Vichaar’
  10. Best Use of Data Generated Content – No Winner
  11. Best Use of Branded Content – Mobile – Foxy Moron for ‘HBO Suicide Squad’
  12. Best Use of Technology in Content Marketing – Brave New World for ‘Once Upon a Road’
  13. Best Use of UGC – 120 Media Collective for ‘Godrej No. 1’
  14. Best Use of Content to Commerce – Brave New World for ‘Once Upon a Road’
  15. Best Content Marketing Strategy – Viacom18 for ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’
  16. Content Marketing Agency of the Year – Brave New World
  17. Content Marketing Program of the Year – Royal Stag Barrel Select for ‘Large Short Films’
  18. Content Marketing Brand of the Year – Royal Stag Barrel Select for ‘Large Short Films’
  19. Content Marketing Personality of the Year – Aashish Benjamin Oommen from Myntra Jabong
