Panasonic India is encouraging consumers to unwind the chef in themselves to celebrate the upcoming festivities through its various initiatives that help recreate festive feasts at home.
Panasonic introduced a YouTube channel Unwind The Chef In You with Panasonic Microwave during the early stages of the lockdown to help consumers with easy cook-at-home microwave recipes. The channel hosts a list of easy-to-make yet delicious recipes by Panasonic in-house chefs to assist consumers with home cooking. The channel has received an overwhelming response from the consumers and to add further assist them, Panasonic is offering three personalised online cooking classes on the purchase of Panasonic Microwave. For a better experience, the brand is planning to conduct these online classes in regional languages as well.
Shirish Agarwal, Head, Brand and Marketing Communications, Panasonic India, said, “Festivities and cricket in India are incomplete without a feast. Prioritising safety and hygiene, consumers are looking for ways to celebrate their favourite team wins and the upcoming festivities at home but in the same way, they did before. Through our various initiatives, we aim to benefit consumers by offering a combination of quality products and quality content in an endeavour to make their celebrations even more delightful. At Panasonic, our efforts are focused on consistently upgrading our touchpoints; both online and offline. Hence we adopted an omnichannel strategy to not only drive sales but drive consumer engagement to provide a seamless experience across channels to our consumers.”
To keep the festive fervour on and to help consumers make delightful delicacies at home, Panasonic has collaborated with over 50 micro chef influencers and few mini-celebrity chefs across India who will be sharing easy home-made recipes from every corner of India on their social media handles for consumers to enjoy this festive season like any other. The chef influencers will be cooking sweet and savoury dishes covering a variety of regional cuisines that are quick and hassle-free, to make festivities even sweeter.
Further, bringing in the taste of cricket to India’s festivities and the homebound audience, Panasonic has associated with the television channel TV9 Bharatvarsh for its show Royals Da Swaad by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, wherein consumers get to know and make the favourite recipes of the Rajasthan Royals team.
