What’s common between Zomato, Cred, Byju’s, Zerodha, and Bombay Shaving Company other than them being startups?

The answer is that their founders love hosting chat shows on their brands’ social media platforms.

Joining the league is now Ranveer Singh, the co-founder of the sexual health and wellness brand, Bold Care.

In a recent video, Ranveer Singh was seen facilitating a question-and-answer session for Bold Care with sexual wellness expert Seema Anand.

Earlier in December, Bold Care announced that Ranveer Singh joined the company as a co-founder with Rajat Jadhav, aiming to contribute beyond his role as a brand ambassador by adding substantial value.

The duo answered some of the most frequently asked questions on men’s sexual health found on Google and listed out possible solutions for them.

Bold Care QandA:

Well, chat shows are not a new concept when it comes to brand building, but chat shows hosted by the company founders are a game-changer as they bring more depth, credibility and authenticity to the content format.

In the video, Anand commented that it is rare for a Bollywood actor to lend their voice to a brand that aims to begin a conversation on men’s sexual health. Singh replied that he wanted to support the initiative because there is a huge number of Indian men who have faced issues with sexual health but are too embarrassed to open up about it.

Singh added that no other brand has been able to build the mental recall that Bold Care has in the past three years. “We are the go-to solution for men’s sexual health issues,” he said, adding that he is also a co-founder of the brand.

Recently, Bold Care released their debut advertisement that featured Ranveer Singh and adult film star Johnny Sins. The advertisement is a parody of Indian serials, where the whole family gathers to stop the ‘bahu’ from leaving the house. Her reason for leaving? She is dissatisfied with her husband’s (Johnny Sins) performance in the bedroom.

While people are still divided on whether the ad was crass or innovative, it has gained a lot of traction on the internet.
