The content marketing campaigns from India won big at New York Festivals 2018 AME Awards where four out of five awards won by Indian agencies were for content marketing initiaves.
Bangalore based Brave New World emerged as most awarded Indian agency with a Gold and two Silver medals for its content marketing campaigns done for Myntra’s brand Roadsters.
Brave New World earned the AME Gold Award for “The Heart of The Highway - The World's First Talking Store” for The Roadster Life Co. The campaign featured a talking store that reached out to shoppers. Personal interaction to shoppers was delivered by interactive in-store tech including custom software, digital façade, interactive and multiTaction touch screens, augmented reality green-screen, immersive VR and virtual shopping screens. Results included a 70% revenue spike in high-value apparel categories.
The agency won two Silver AME for another content initiative ‘Once upon a road’ for Roadsters in ‘Use of Discipline - New Product / Service Launch’ and ‘Use of Media - Social Media’ categories.
Interestingly, another winner from India was also a content marketing initiative titled #YourSecondHome done by Asatsu-DK Fortune for Prega News. The initiative won a Silver AME in Social Benefit - Pomotion of Health & Human Services category.
- Walter Thompson Mumbai won a Bronze AME for its campaign ‘Mutual Funds Sahi Hai’ done for Association of Mutual Funds in India.
