Sports and nutrition brand MuscleBlaze executed a virtual session hosted by brand ambassador Vidyut Jammwal to address the growing fitness field by welcoming three new-age fitness creators from different walks of life.

The first fitness specialist was Rajan Sharma, who is a callisthenics coach and runs a callisthenics space called Cali101 in Mumbai. The second fitness influencer was Tharun Kumar, who runs a YouTube channel and gives insights and tips on all things related to fitness, diet, workouts, and nutrition and has a high following. The third fitness expert was Shraddha Ranghar, who is stated to represent India in Taekwondo internationally. These people create content related to fitness and nutrition on their respective social media handles, which is receiving popularity day by day, highlighting their potential.

Through the virtual session, many key relevant points were discussed, including the growth and diversity of the fitness world, which is now no longer restricted to cricket, and how it has encapsulated traditional sports such as Mallakhamb and Calisthenics. Another relevant point that was discussed was that fitness is no longer dominated by just men, and also now the priority is women can break all barriers.

Kaustuv Paliwal, Vice-President, Marketing, HealthKart, said, "Vidyut is the epitome of everything fitness. He is the personification of the brand, an understated, focused, and intelligent approach to wellness and not a superficial one. Today, influencers and social media creators play a significant role in educating the consumer on health and fitness. MuscleBlaze is supporting small creators in this field and encouraging them to become the educators of tomorrow. We have supported those who build standing in fitness and motivate others through their hard work and determination, and this event is a way to support the same."

With this, MuscleBlaze wants to bring to the attention of Indians that fitness is no longer limited to the gym or a certain kind of sport, so the session was curated virtually.
