During the current uncertain times and intense market instability triggered by the coronavirus pandemic, Reliance Securities (reliancesmartmoney.com) has launched an investor education series ‘Digilearn’ on YouTube. The objective of the series is to foster knowledge among the novice and less experienced investors about various aspects of investing through advice from experts from the company.

The initiative is part of the continuous Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion efforts by Reliance Securities under the aegis of Systematic Digital Engagement, (SDE) —a single-window growth engagement concept that aims to increase consumer engagements with customers across categories.

One of the videos from the series:

Pankaj Kapoor, Chief Marketing Officer, Reliance Securities, said, “The mantra of investing and long-term wealth creation for investors is that they should have a basic understanding of the diverse asset classes and make informed decisions about investing based on their risk appetite and investment objectives. Interactive and user-friendly platforms play a key role in enticing interest and engaging clientele. We wanted to incentivise awareness and education through interactive knowledge-based engagements. The series and related content creation was conceptualised through market feedback around feasibility and preferred platforms of engagements.”

Digilearn comprises audio-visual lectures on the basics of investing, diverse market instruments and other investment topics like SIPs, Fixed Income Instruments, Stock Baskets, NCDs, and IPOs and also advises investors about the product types best suited for investors to achieve their financial goals.
