Saugata Bagchi joins Tata Communications as Head of Global Content Marketing

Tata Communications has appointed Saugata Bagchi as Head, Global Content Marketing. Bagchi has joined the organisation from Quasar Media, a Group M/WPP agency.

Bagchi was working with Quasar for more than four years and in his last role he was the national head at the company. Before that, Bagchi has worked with Tribal Worldwide and JWT.

Bagchi wrote on his LinkedIn profile, “Tata Communications has realised the degree of engagement that content has with digital marketing today and rechristened its digital marketing efforts to content marketing. This mandate is all about working with and guiding a team of enthusiastic professionals to create the right content, published on the right brand assets, and leverage it with the right media vehicles.”
