New Delhi: Collective Media Network has introduced Historyverse, a new content platform centred on mythological, historical, and heritage-based storytelling designed for digital audiences.

The initiative opens with Mahabharata, positioned as India’s AI-powered microdrama, with episodes ranging between three and four minutes. The series has been co-created with Pujashree, a brand focused on devotional and spiritual wellness.

Entirely generated using AI, Mahabharata reflects an attempt to present epic narratives in formats more familiar to younger viewers accustomed to fast-paced, bite-sized content.

“India has always been a land of rich, layered stories. We’re using technology to bring these narratives to life in ways that resonate with today’s audience. Historyverse is a step toward that vision, a space where timeless stories are retold through new formats and tools. As a network, we’re focused on how stories move, how they connect, and how they evolve with culture,” said Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network.

Historyverse is designed to reinterpret legacy narratives through short-form, tech-enabled storytelling.

“Historyverse brings mythology and history into everyday feeds, not by simplifying them, but by adapting how they’re told. It’s about meeting attention with imagination, and Mahabharata felt like the right place to begin,” said Sudeep Lahiri, Head of Channels & Distribution, Collective Media Network.

The project also marks Pujashree’s entry into narrative-led content partnerships.

“Mahabharata holds deep cultural and spiritual value, and we’re proud to partner with this new-age interpretation. Supporting storytelling formats that bring timeless wisdom to younger audiences aligns closely with what Pujashree stands for,” said Rajiv Tiwari, Founder and CEO, Pujashree.
