New Delhi: NutrifyToday has launched Boardroom Series Lite, a 12-episode web series designed to address consumer questions around supplements, wellness trends and nutrition science. The series is hosted by actor and fitness advocate Mandira Bedi and features monthly conversations with senior executives and experts from across the nutraceutical ecosystem.
The discussions focus on issues that frequently surface for consumers, including the science behind beauty supplements, comparisons between traditional systems such as Ayurveda and modern probiotics, and the boundaries between wellness marketing and misinformation. Industry participants include representatives from organisations such as Novo Nordisk, IFF Health Sciences, Mankind Pharma and Greenspace Herbs.
According to the platform, the series is structured to move beyond promotional messaging by examining clinical evidence, pricing rationales and regulatory considerations behind commonly used supplements. Episode themes include The Beauty Illusion: Where Magic Meets Molecules, The Gut Feeling: When Ayurveda Outsmarts Probiotics, and Science vs. Selfies: The Business of Belief in Wellness.
“As someone who's passionate about fitness and wellness, I'm constantly asked about supplements, diets, and the latest health trends,” said Mandira Bedi. “What I love about this series is that we're cutting through the noise. These conversations aren't about selling products, they're about understanding what actually works, what the science says, and how to make informed choices for your health.”
NutrifyToday founder Amit Srivastava said the format reflects growing demand for clarity in a crowded wellness market. “Consumers deserve better than generic health claims and influencer endorsements. They deserve to understand what they're putting in their bodies,” he said. “For six years, we've been the industry's trusted platform. Now we're bringing that same transparency directly to consumers. If it's Nutra, it's NutrifyToday.”
The launch comes at a time when India’s wellness and supplement market is expanding rapidly, alongside increasing scrutiny of online health claims. NutrifyToday stated that the series draws on insights from its network of more than 82,000 professionals, including ingredient scientists, brand founders and medical researchers, translating industry-level discussions into accessible consumer conversations.
