New Delhi: Collective Artists Network’s Under 25 has announced the appointment of Jeel Gandhi as Chief Executive Officer. Since joining the company, Gandhi has worked to drive its scale and cultural relevance.

Gandhi said, “Under 25 has always been about creating opportunities and building a movement that empowers young minds. We want every student to feel ready for what’s next, whether it’s launching a career, starting a venture, or pursuing a passion. As we move forward, our focus will remain on scaling our impact, amplifying student voices, and creating transformative experiences that truly get India’s youth ready for life. That means building skills, confidence, exposure, and real-world readiness—far beyond what classrooms typically offer.”

Her appointment comes at a key moment in Under 25’s journey, as it aims to scale its platform and community impact.

Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network, said, “Under 25 is a trailblazer in the youth space, and Gandhi’s leadership has been instrumental in pushing its boundaries further. As we continue to grow Under 25 into the larger Collective ecosystem, her vision and drive will be key to unlocking new avenues of impact. I’m excited to see this next phase of growth under her leadership.”
