ClanConnect introduces automated messaging to reduce manual effort for creators

New Delhi: ClanConnect, an influencer marketing platform, has introduced a DM automation feature on its web platform and the Clan for Creators mobile app. The tool allows creators to instantly automate responses to comments and direct messages, helping manage high engagement without missing audience or brand opportunities.

Designed for Indian creators, the feature addresses challenges arising from surges in enquiries during viral posts, reels, and live sessions. Automated replies can be linked to posts, keywords, and engagement behaviour, enabling creators to respond contextually to requests for links, prices, product details, or collaboration inquiries without manual follow-ups. The setup requires no technical expertise.

The DM automation feature is available free until 31 January, after which ClanConnect plans to introduce subscription options that scale with creator activity.
