New Delhi: Apple has introduced Apple Creator Studio, a subscription-based bundle that brings together its professional creative and productivity software under one plan. Launched on January 28, the offering includes Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor and MainStage, alongside premium features in Pages, Numbers, Keynote and Freeform.

The move marks a structural shift in how Apple packages its creative tools, positioning the subscription as a unified workspace for users who work across video, audio, image editing and presentation building. One of the notable additions is Pixelmator Pro on iPad, extending the app’s presence beyond macOS with workflows designed around touch and Apple Pencil and performance optimised for Apple silicon devices.

Across Apple’s productivity apps, Creator Studio introduces premium templates and AI-assisted features intended to reduce manual work around presentations and documents. Keynote now includes tools that can generate draft presentations from outlines, refine slide layouts and create presenter notes, while Numbers adds pattern-based formula generation and table completion features.

In India, Apple Creator Studio is priced at Rs 399 per month or Rs 3,999 per year, with discounted rates available for students and educators. A one-month free trial is offered to new subscribers, and Family Sharing allows up to six members to access eligible apps. Apple has also retained the option to purchase several of the Mac apps as one-time downloads, running alongside the subscription versions.

The launch reflects Apple’s broader push towards subscription models for professional software, trading upfront ownership for lower entry costs and cross-device access. Whether creators treat Creator Studio as a long-term workspace or a flexible, short-term production setup is likely to shape how the bundle is received over time.
