New Delhi: Collective Artists Network has inducted Janahavi Rawal, Sanjana Jain and Rahul Regulapati into its partnership, as the company sharpens its leadership structure.

The three new partners join an existing partnership group that includes Sudeep Subash, Kshitij Mehta, Jaya Saha, Avinash Bidaia, Nandita Sachdev and Dhruv Chitgopekar.

The expanded partnership reflects Collective’s focus on strengthening its leadership bench with executives who have helped build the business from within and are now central to its future direction.

Rawal, a long-standing leader at Collective, has been inducted as a partner to head the company’s talent management charter. With over a decade at the organisation, Rawal has played a key role in shaping Collective’s approach to artist representation, focusing on long-term relationships, trust and market leadership within the talent ecosystem.

Jain has been elevated to partner to lead Marketing and Creative Services across the company. Jain has been instrumental in building this vertical into one of Collective’s fastest-growing businesses, driving large-scale creative solutions while maintaining a strong focus on execution, quality and delivery.

Regulapati has joined the partnership to lead Collective’s technology and AI charter, including Galleri5, the company’s AI and cinematic technology studio. Since joining Collective, Regulapati has worked on integrating technology into storytelling, content creation and production systems, helping position the company as a tech-enabled media and entertainment network with global recognition from technology partners.

Commenting on the inductions, Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network, said the move reflects the company’s emphasis on long-term leadership and ownership. He said Rawal, Jain and Regulapati have each played a critical role in shaping Collective’s growth and culture, and their inclusion in the partnership signals the direction the company is taking next.
