Shots fired at influencer Elvish Yadav’s Gurugram home

Gurugram: Three attackers riding motorcycles fired more than two dozen rounds outside influencer and YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s home in Sector 57 early on Sunday morning, according to the police.

The incident took place around 5.30 am. Yadav was not at home at the time. Some family members were inside but no one was injured.

A police team reached the spot soon after receiving information and collected forensic evidence. Officers are reviewing CCTV footage from the neighbourhood to track the movement of the assailants.

A senior officer said an FIR will be filed shortly based on the family’s complaint. The bullets hit parts of the ground and first floors of the house.

A family member said Yadav had not received any threats before the incident and that he is currently outside Haryana.
