New Delhi: After two decades in marketing and communications, Sujay Pal and Geetika Gulati have co-founded Cogncy Worldwide, a company using artificial intelligence to transform content creation, optimisation, and distribution at scale. The firm seeks to integrate content, human experience, and technology into organisations’ communications processes.
Sujay Pal, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, brings over twenty years of experience in marketing, business strategy, and digital transformation, including leadership roles at CitiusTech. At Cogncy, he focuses on driving innovation, scalability, and operational value.
Geetika Gulati, Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer, brings two decades of expertise in communications strategy, storytelling, and public relations. She has led brand narratives across lifestyle, education, B2B, and consumer sectors, and at Cogncy she works on business growth and strategic initiatives.
The duo’s work at Cogncy centres on helping organisations streamline content processes and make communications more effective.
“We have seen first hand how organizations struggle to make content work at scale. Too often, content is reactive and fragmented, we’re building a system that fixes that from the ground up,” said Sujay.
