Natural Diamond Council (NDC) has launched ‘Pyaar Actually – Love Stories like No Other’, a branded podcast series which is an anthology of love stories.

The idea behind the series is that just like natural diamonds, true love is timeless and a celebration of self-expression. Showcasing this emotion in a variety of lights across relationships, ‘Pyaar Actually’ is now available on all leading audio streaming platforms.

12 stories of life’s joyous milestones, inspired by true occurrences, ‘Pyaar Actually – Love Stories Like No Other’ features actors Shriya Pilgaonkar, Aahana Kumra and Akshay Oberoi sharing their favourite stories.

The artists unveil stories that resonated best with them – stories of small moments that touched their hearts the most. ‘Pyaar Actually’ is a celebration of memories that they want to relive and recreate, moments of nostalgia and remembered incidents that continue to remain etched in their minds, and how natural diamonds added meaning and sparkle to the moments.

Pilgaonkar, Narrator from the series said, said, “Ek baat bataun… Pyaar aur diamonds are two things that always make me smile! I find it fascinating how natural diamonds represent many aspects of our existence and always find a way to become part of special moments in our lives.”

Kumra, Narrator from the series, said, “I am thrilled to be associated with the podcast ‘Pyaar Actually’ that celebrates love in all shapes and forms. While I love all the stories, my favourite one has to be ‘Better than onion rings’. Because for me pyaar and food go hand in hand.”

Oberoi, Narrator from the series, said, “I really resonated with the character Rohan from an episode of ‘Pyaar Actually’. I am a lot like that – comforting and caring in a relationship. Someone who is constantly looking for ways to celebrate small but significant moments of love and togetherness.”

Richa Singh, Managing Director, Natural Diamond Council, India and Middle East, said, “Audio is the medium where we introspect and remind ourselves of experiences that touched our hearts – the love we experienced, the memories we hold close. With this podcast we are recreating the beautiful moments and giving listeners hope of all the wonderful things that are yet to come their way. We have used this very personal medium of a podcast to remind the consumer of the precious moments in life and the role natural diamonds play in them.”
