Masoom Minawala exits Schbang MMaximise, sells stake in talent management venture to Schbang

Mumbai: Masoom Minawala has announced her exit from Schbang MMaximise, the talent management platform she co-founded as a joint venture with Schbang. Following her departure, she plans to focus on her upcoming ventures.

In 2023, Schbang Mmaximise was started as a platform for new talent and influencers. It provided comprehensive brand management support including PR, image building, legal and financial advice.

Speaking about the transition, Masoom shared, "Building Schbang MMaximise has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. I am proud of the impact we’ve created together and confident that Schbang will continue to take it to greater heights. As I take this next step in my entrepreneurial journey, I am entrusting the company to the capable leadership of Schbang.” 

Masoom has sold her stake in Schbang MMaximise to Schbang, which will consolidate the talent management subsidiary, continue to serve talents and build on the foundation that Masoom has built. 

Schbang MMaximise will now be merged into Schbang Fluence - Schbang’s Influencer Management arm. The talent representation business will be called Represent by Schbang Fluence.

Schbang Fluence is helmed by Divisha Iyer, who has been with Schbang for 7 years at Schbang and set up the influencer management practice. Divisha and her core team including Sneh Chheda and Vaishnavi Thirumalai will take the vertical forward.
