New Delhi: Network18 has launched Creator18, a new initiative focused on talent management, influencer partnerships, and creative strategy.

Described as a network that intends to connect creators and brands through collaborative storytelling and campaign building, the platform is part of Network18’s entry into the broader creator economy.

The development was confirmed through a LinkedIn post, which read: “We're proud to announce the launch of Creator 18, a Network18 undertaking that marks India's bold leap into the global creator economy. At the intersection of Talent Management, Influencer Partnerships, and Creative Strategy, Creator 18 is here to amplify voices, shape narratives, and build iconic collaborations between creators and leading brands across the world.”

Angad Bhatia, who currently serves as CEO of Firstpost, has also been appointed to lead Creator18. His designation was updated in May 2025, indicating Network18’s increasing investment in building a dedicated business within the creator ecosystem.

This move by Network18 comes as traditional media companies increasingly incorporate influencer-led content into their business strategies.

India’s influencer marketing sector is projected to reach Rs 3,375 crore by 2026, prompting several broadcasters to establish influencer marketing divisions and creator partnerships.
