Chtrbox posts 33.4% revenue growth in H1 FY2025-26

Chtrbox posts revenue of Rs 3,598.49 lakhs and profit of Rs 470.04 lakhs for H1 FY2025-26, reflecting strong investor confidence after its public listing

New Delhi: Chatterbox Technologies which operates influencer marketing platform Chtrbox, reported a 33.4% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to Rs 3,598.49 lakhs for the first half of FY2025-26, compared to Rs 2,696.63 lakhs in the same period last year. Profit after tax rose 25.2% to Rs 470.04 lakhs from Rs 375.47 lakhs.

The performance follows Chtrbox’s public listing on the SME Platform of BSE in October 2025. The company had raised Rs 4,286.28 lakhs through an IPO of 37,27,200 equity shares at Rs 115 per share. The issue, oversubscribed 52 times, was allotted on October 1, with listing completed on October 3.

As of September 30, 2025, the company’s total assets stood at Rs 6,370.74 lakhs, up from Rs 3,984.49 lakhs as of 31 March 2025. Its reserves and surplus increased to Rs 1,991.89 lakhs, with proceeds from the IPO strengthening its cash position for future expansion.
