New Delhi: Publicis Groupe has appointed Rahul Titus as its new Global Influencer Lead, a move that signals a shift in how the company will compete in the burgeoning creator economy.

Titus announced joining the network on his LinkedIn on February 23, 2026, following a 12-year stint at Ogilvy where he built a strong influencer marketing practice.

In his new role, Titus is tasked with the mandate of uniting Publicis Groupe’s influencer agencies to deliver consistent influencer solutions for clients in a manner that drives impact and growth.

Titus arrives at Publicis with a formidable reputation for creative excellence. Under his direction, Ogilvy has 650+ influencer experts across 30+ markets and “is the world’s largest and most awarded influencer network” according to his previous LinkedIn post. The agency bagged Social and Creator Grand Prix at Cannes Lions two years running.

The appointment follows a brief sabbatical for Titus, which included a trek to Everest Base Camp, marking a "reset" before taking on a significant leadership role. He started his career as an intern at Ogilvy, Bangalore and went on to work with agency networks such as Dentsu, MediaCom, YMU, and WPP.
